Zayan The Label

Jane Birkin, a symbol of effortless style and eclectic 70s chic, inspires Zayan Ghandour’s latest collection, darling, je t’aime. Oversized shirt dresses and organza paneled button-downs adorned with delicate pearl detail introduce the theme; a luxurious range of garments to be worn with modern nonchalance.
The achingly cool collection features contemporary interpretations of crochet-decorated with bespoke daisy motifs, charcoal jersey tops finished with tulle pockets and feminine guipure lace gowns with intricately embroidered tulle. For this collection, Zayan the Label collaborates with celebrated Japanese illustrator Miyuki Ohashi, who rose to fame through high profile collaborations with Christian Dior, Shiseido and Elle. Miyuki applied her distinctive simple lines to classic Jane motifs such as the signature thick mascara, straw hat and a flower basket, which decorate dresses, pink lace separates, tulle overlays, trompe l’oeil tops and jersey.
